Capital One Spark Cash Plus Business Credit Card - $3000 sign-up bonus on $50k/6 month spend

You need to spend $50k in 6 months on this card to get the $3,000 bonus. If you can't charge that much, or can't manufacture that spend, move along. This isn't a card for a college kid. This is a brand new offer, and is time limited (no mention of when it expires).

2% cashback on everything, no categories. $150 annual fee. Can't tell if it hits you with the AF on application, but assuming it does, you'll clear $3850 in 6 months with the $50k spend. That's nearly 8% (back of the napkin calc), which is the highest I've ever seen on a card bonus. This is a GOOD deal. I'd probably churn this and drop the card at year 1 unless they waive AF in year 2.

Yes, this is a business card but the prevailing wisdom is that anyone can get one. You sell on eBay? Congrats, you own a business.

Thanks for sharing! That's a good point, may bite one in the back if counting on charging a large sum.

There's a tool on the website when you click on the card to pre-authorize a large purchase. Try that first.

It is NOT to pre-authorize payment. It is only to check whether the amount will go through or be rejected.
With annual fee $150 already charged, It is quite likely that $9850 will be the limit. You can wait for the charge to post then payoff the balance and charge another $10000 and repeat the process.

Closed the card today. What a joke of a business CC. you'd never know how much your allowed spending limit was. Called the CSR they had no idea either. My vendors have my CC on file and they just charge it. They cant play Jeopardy every day and try random numbers to see if it goes through or not. Some days I had 8k limit some days I had 10k just random numbers. Garbage card.
