Everything in excess can kill you, alcohol, tobacco, hell even too much food, water, or oxygen will kill you.
Obviously we know tobacco isn't great for your health, but personally, it's like my spa day. I go outside with a nice drink (even non alcoholic ones) and just relax for an hour, no troubles or worries on my mind. It brings me joy, and that's worth it to me.
Life's too short to not do the things that you enjoy/that bring you happiness. You'll be here today, gone tomorrow, so do whatever makes you happy, as long as you don't harm others while doing it. ✌🏼
