The owner of this company is a real estate tycoon who ripped off poor people from their lands. Vinfast is nothing than a scam company. They had Vietnamese police to threaten a customer after he complained about his Vinfast pos gas car.

Vinfast tried every little dirty tricks to advertise these electric cars that were assembled with Chinese parts in the US so they can establish IPO. Don't be a fool to fall for this commie company.

Just a marketing scheme to get stats number for their IPO plan. I have no comments about the company in general but this scheme is as dirty as a scam, but legal though.

What's a commie company? Doesn't that make all Chinese companies commie companies as well?

Not understanding all of the hate here. They have actual models they have introduce at CES, not just pictures. And they have produced actual vehicles (ICE), so it's not like they are incapable of producing a vehicle. That's more than we can say for many other companies. How is it any different than companies like Fisker?

Is the offer too good to be true?

Coming from an SD crowd that prides itself on deals that are pennies on the dollar like Walmart in store deals, is there such a thing as too good to be true on SD?

All kidding aside, before the pandemic, 2k-5k off a vehicle was no big deal, so I wouldn't call it "too good" to be true. They could just overprice their car, who knows, but to assume the deal is too good, so they probably won't deliver is a little farfetched.

Maybe some people can actually smell a scam while it is happening? You could have a good point, but if I have to weigh some truly random company claims against some random posts from people I will never know... I will probably go against the random company.

Great, they make vehicles. I have no opposition to that.

Who or what is Fisker?! Please explain. Of course, my wishes are no command on you, they are just a request. Ignore them freely.

You obviously don't follow EV news or automotive news in general, otherwise you would know about Fisker and Vinfast. 2 years ago I am sure you didn't know about Rivian. 12 years ago you probably didn't know about Tesla.
