Couldn't have been smaller than my MFT Lumix GM1 - that thing was literally smaller than a Sony RX100 point-and-shoot without lens. Talking lens - that was the biggest issue why they never released a MK2, or another similar sized MFT camera according to forums/reviews. Once you put a zoom lens on that or a nice prime lens, it's super unbalanced as the camera is super tiny and light, and all the weight is on the front/lens. I used mine like 3x before selling it.
I'm my lifelong search for ultra-portable gear, I've found that there is such a thing as too small, and the GM1 is exactly that unless you put a pancake lens on in. Even then, it's cramped.
