I absolutely cannot recommend this roaster. The bend at the top creating the rounded edge isn't properly coated underneath, resulting in rust. If you put it in the dishwasher the rust will spray out and coat everything else. 100% avoid. I used it twice and then threw it away.

We had a very similar experience. Used it maybe two or three times before non stick coating started pealing off.

Macy's also has the Tools of the Trade non-stick roasting pan with rack for only $6.39 after using the code: HOME. I wonder if that code willl also work on the one the OP posted. https://www.macys.com/shop/produc...vzEALw_wcB

This chicken roaster with rack is just a bit smaller and is only $5.59 after code: HOME. https://www.macys.com/shop/produc...atID~z7552

Good catch return the t-Fal because of the bad review because of rusting and pealing plus the handles were big and made.

In general, I wouldn't recommend nonstick bakeware. Buy aluminum pans that you can really scrape. Specifically, this pan immediately got a corner of burnt on stuff on its first chicken.

Be careful with non stick roasting pans. I have always put my roasting pan over a burner to deglaze. One thanksgiving, I was doing just that to make gravy. Next think I know, the non stick coating could not withstand the heat of the flame and it started falling off into the gravy. I was not very happy.

Just a heads up: Reaching into a hot oven wth pot holders or mitts and trying to flip up those handles to pull out a heavy roast can be a hassle.

But they allow this roaster to fit into the average oven longways, leaving room for a similar-sized dish next to it.

"Dishwasher and oven safe up to 350°F"

that is rather limiting. while larger "roasting" size cuts tend to use lower temperatures, its nice to be able to crank up the heat to enhance browning.

In for 4. Going to use as BBQ trays for when i finish off pork shoulders (wrapped/covered) in smoker or in oven. I usually do not go much over 300 degrees. Tired of using foil trays. Will hand wash... Should save me $ in long run.
