@martin00023 - you can set the temperature of both water & seat and is a blessing in winter. I leave the unit on all the time, so it is ready.
Only thing is the battery for remote eats up pretty quick. So as a workaround, I keep the battery detached in the stand (once you set up settings) and use the switches on the seat.
Also remember you need an outlet near by and ensure a you have a water valve to shutoff just in case.
For those on the fence, hope this helps.

I don't like the remote all that much, just confusing to others that don't know what to (or not) press. FIL pressed the feminine button and heard a "whoa" for the remainder of the cycle... Minor complaint though.
2nd unit is slightly different that the first in that it has in bowl light (we like) and less spray pressure (flow?) which we don't like. MFR told me they reduced max pressure since some users had complained, to which I called bs since all other users had to do was turn down the spray pressure. Anyway, sure wish Costco would sell the BB-2000...

The only negative I'd point out, and I'm not sure if it's indicative of all bidets or my particular toilet, but because it has the large "back" to accommodate the electronics and such inside of the unit, it pushes you further forward on the toilet. The front of our seat now overlaps the porcelain a bit (maybe an inch?) and it's set as far back as we can. This makes it so that if you're a guy and you're sitting on the toilet you have to "tuck" your "man part" down when you sit on the toilet otherwise it will be pressed against the porcelain. Unless you're planning on spending the evening sitting on the toilet it's not the biggest deal, but is still my only real complaint. Not sure how to solve for this other than buying a full "bidet toilet" and not just a bidet seat.

Another thing worth noting is that the lid is unsupported by the tank so you have to make sure you (or guests) don't lean back or we may break/bend the cover/hinge.

I also have a Toto as well - the Toto's better quality, but from a cost and feature perspective it's hard to beat this one. I'll say this - I have multiple because I hate the thought of going to the bathroom without a bidet seat now. The odd part, even more than the cleaning I love the warmed seat. It makes sitting on a cold toilet seat a very disappointing experience.
