Been using this model for slightly more than 4 yrs and one of my best & well spent purchases. A game changer in cleanliness and also use of ease. Bought it for $175 - thx to SD!!!

@martin00023 - you can set the temperature of both water & seat and is a blessing in winter. I leave the unit on all the time, so it is ready.

Only thing is the battery for remote eats up pretty quick. So as a workaround, I keep the battery detached in the stand (once you set up settings) and use the switches on the seat.

Also remember you need an outlet near by and ensure a you have a water valve to shutoff just in case.

For those on the fence, hope this helps.

No apartment I've ever lived in has had an outlet near the toilet. I wonder if this is the case more generally. It's the only thing that's held me back from buying one for the last decade.

I added an outlet to the same circuit as the bathroom light switch. Zero pulse ever.

How practical is the warm water feature? Seems like it would warm up by the time I'm all cleaned up….
I think it keeps a small tank of water always warm so it's instantly warm and then gets colder towards the end of the cleaning cycle. I rarely use it warm since I'm not sure how much electricity it would consume over time.

This is for people who want to sit on the toilet for as long as they possibly can?

I'm not experienced as the 4 year's people above but my family has used 2x since november. Checks all the boxes, water temp is nice and lasts long enough for a cycle. I haven't really noticed how long it takes to heat back up yet but no complaints so far.

I don't like the remote all that much, just confusing to others that don't know what to (or not) press. FIL pressed the feminine button and heard a "whoa" for the remainder of the cycle... Minor complaint though.

Yeah, it keeps water warm at all times. I have this model. The first split second of water is room temp though, which feels a bit cold. I think that's just because it's been sitting near the nozzle instead of in the reservoir. After that first split second, it's all warm. And I don't think I've ever actually run out of warm water with it. Heated seat is also really nice.

I've owned this model for 4 years. My first unit lasted 2 years before it started to die, and like clockwork, my 2nd unit started to die this past week as well. (Warms seat and water sporadically).

2nd unit is slightly different that the first in that it has in bowl light (we like) and less spray pressure (flow?) which we don't like. MFR told me they reduced max pressure since some users had complained, to which I called bs since all other users had to do was turn down the spray pressure. Anyway, sure wish Costco would sell the BB-2000...
Get rinseworks from Amazon you won't regret.

Is there any reason we couldn't just order it now and ask for a price adjustment after the sale starts?

I got this for Christmas and it's my first Bidet experience, overall I would definitely recommend it as it's great for cleanliness.

The only negative I'd point out, and I'm not sure if it's indicative of all bidets or my particular toilet, but because it has the large "back" to accommodate the electronics and such inside of the unit, it pushes you further forward on the toilet. The front of our seat now overlaps the porcelain a bit (maybe an inch?) and it's set as far back as we can. This makes it so that if you're a guy and you're sitting on the toilet you have to "tuck" your "man part" down when you sit on the toilet otherwise it will be pressed against the porcelain. Unless you're planning on spending the evening sitting on the toilet it's not the biggest deal, but is still my only real complaint. Not sure how to solve for this other than buying a full "bidet toilet" and not just a bidet seat.

We specifically added this to a new construction, didn't know about the dedicated circuit requirement....

This or bb1700?
I got a BB2000 from Amazon for $300 just after Thanksgiving. Best purchase ever. I already had the regular bidet but the electric ones are far more comfortable and "accurate" with water pressure as well as features. No issues with lights flickering, etc.

I second this. We have a one piece elongated toilet but the part between the back of the seat and the bottom of the tank is curved. Because of the curve, this bidet sits even further forward I think. I'm honestly considering replacing my toilet.

Another thing worth noting is that the lid is unsupported by the tank so you have to make sure you (or guests) don't lean back or we may break/bend the cover/hinge.

I have two of these - I think this is only an issue on the round toilets, not a problem on the elongated ones. That's the case with my setup, although YMMV.

I also have a Toto as well - the Toto's better quality, but from a cost and feature perspective it's hard to beat this one. I'll say this - I have multiple because I hate the thought of going to the bathroom without a bidet seat now. The odd part, even more than the cleaning I love the warmed seat. It makes sitting on a cold toilet seat a very disappointing experience.

It's constantly warmed so no cold surprises (unless you turn this function off)
