How do you plan to install it with the heatsink? Or just a discount that is a deal?

You would take the heatsink off. The enclosure would act as the new heatsink since its aluminum.

For those wondering, the S70 with larger two sided heatsink works in the PS5. The top portion of the heatsink can be removed after removing two screws and a new one can be used to replace it so it will allow the PS5 cover plate to close. I personally went with the Sabrent PS5 Heatsink which acts as a top heatsink and replaces the original PS5 plate.
