Deal History
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Overpriced piece of crap. Buy at your own risk. Why will any reasonable person get this instead of NC700 or XM4 for half the price?
Some people will pay for better sound, better build and more convenience when using other Apple products. The XM4s are a decent ANC headphone, but the bass is bloated. Why don't you spend your time doing something more productive?
This post should be about whether or not this is a good deal on Airpods Max, not if some other set of headphones is better.
You need to get a life instead of searching for Apple posts to be negative about because you hate a specific company for some reason.
I'd like to get this for my daughter for her 15th Bday in April..just wonder if it'll be lower? What do you guy think? TIA...
I've been watching myself the last few weeks, they seem to be coming down across the board. I wouldn't be shocked to see prices settle into the low 400s and maybe sales in the high 300s. But no guarantees, who knows what will actually happen.

Some people just see the deals on Apple products and get jealous that they can't easily afford one. Just tune them out

I've had bad luck with both Bose and Sony headphones in the past. Cheap plasticky build quality and breaking right after the warranty expired. Not to mention mediocre sound quality, especially for the price.
I don't own the Airpods Max. (Since COVID I've been working from home and not traveling, which eliminates the need for nice bluetooth headphones.) But I've had very good luck with Apple products in terms of build quality, reliability, support, and maintaining resale value when it's time to upgrade. That last bit takes the sting out of the initial sticker shock, and in some cases actually makes them cheaper to own long term.
So if I were in the market for premium travel headphones, it would be very reasonable to pay the Apple tax for higher initial quality and long term peace of mind.
