And it seems to have worked for me when I tried it with borderlands 3. I at first thought I was on the email subscription but I wasn't. Once I did that and pressed redeem now on the email I got; the coupon appeared. I didn't need to really 'add' the coupon myself otherwise as it was automatically there after the email. (Ah, or what other people say who beat me to saying just that. The coupon indeed seems targeted. It must come from your email. Almost works like a gift card with how if the number gets used, it becomes expired)
