The "R" versions of these TVs can't scale 480p content properly, and it looks blurry.

Ditto! Best Buy had the 65" for $500, but didn't come with extra warranty that Costco has. Also, F Best Buy

The Best buy price was very good, as I paid 550 a while ago from Costco.
I really like the TV. Costco one has a 3 year warranty, best buy doesn't. [fixed]

Costco did too for BF. I'm hoping that price returns but it's not looking so for me. The 65 ain't available in my area currently.

BB has dropped the price to $499.99 since it was first posted on their web site, 3 times. But only for 24 hours each time.I believe the first time was Cyber Monday 2021.

I have had this TV for 1 month and I am thinking of returning it to Costco. I was watching a movie with the kids - "Sing 2" - and the end credits has a full black screen with pink flamingos dancing around the credits. Holy moly the blooming effect was so bad I was almost embarrassed by what I was watching. It honestly looked like my high speed internet was cutting out or something it was so pixelated. The brights are great, love the Roku platform but the blacks are garbage. Really not looking forward to returning it as Costco.com's drop off was great and now I have to load it into the car. And I also don't have the box it came in anymore Frown

I bought 65" from last deal for $500 but going to return. This tv looks great for only 4k content. If you are watching only 4k content you should be good otherwise this model is not good for daily use.

The TV has a 3 year warranty by default, see the Hisense site. The Bestbuy site was wrong.

I really like the TV.
The link you sent is U6GR5, that's Costco model. Best Buy is without the 5 at the end and comes with only 1 year warranty

I got 65" version from Costco end of last year for $500+tax and I love this TV. I dont think you can get anything better for $500 for 65" atleast not that I know off. Sadly though I will be returning this TV as I got a free replacement TV for my old LG per the claim so no use of this amazing U6GR5 tv now.

I haven't seen that on mine, I have the 65" one.

Did you enable backlight local dimming to high, disable sharpness on all inputs and streaming?
