I lost both keys
2) Something's up with their online inventory system. Usually there's a note in green under the red Add to Cart button that says 'This item is available at [your] location'. Right now it's missing. Last time this happened, it corrected itself the same day.
Also do I need this to leave in the truck or is it hot garbage?

Or, call the store for an inventory check and ask them to hold one for you before making the trip.
They know their online order system is substandard for pickup.
