Yes, unless you take the three minutes to combine the leftover with your next full bottle?
I usually add some water. It gets diluted but I dispense accordingly. It does serve my purpose.
My dollar tree recently got 32oz Softsoap (Coconut and Lavender) refills. Much better deal.

As a guy, the aloe vera version is more or less a neutral smell and actually prefer the Equate brand, here [walmart.com] and here [walmart.com] a little better for the 'less' smell. But, Softsoap is fine.
Use a threaded pipe nipple and connect two bottles together for one to drain into the other. I guess not everyone has pipe nipples laying around, but the plastic ones are cheap enough. Take the empty bottle with you and match up. The principle works for a lot of various items.
Then again, you can flush out with a little water and put in laundry, or just throw away while wasting 10 cents or less. They are really convenient, but It seems a shame to throw all those pump bottles away..... but I don't know what else to do with them.
My First-World problem: when I mix pumps and bottles, sometimes I'll have to extend or shorten the straw. With leftover straw segments from shortening, I can extend straws by taping them to the end. Works best when extension is slightly wider to sleeve straw like a collapsible cup. Thanks for the opportunity to confess.

And I've been balancing bottles upside down on funnels🤦
