This bike is best for a pre teen child. It is small, very slow and not a chance you can get up a hill. I have one and my 12 thinks it is to slow. If you want to get one anything below 350 is a "good" price. Costco has had it for between 400-450 for a few years
What's considered a hill? Around here we have some 44 degree inclines.

I used one for a while to go from train station to my job and from train station to my car.
I had the old one without pedals that I bought from Heartland America (so odd) for $220 when it was $349 at Costco.
I loved it. It had Bluetooth and an app that could unlock speed to 19mph and you could lock it and app would show you your trails distance etc.
It got stolen. i never used the app to lock it or put password. It was just too much work.
So the new one is this one at Costco almost identical to the target one.
I recently bought it for $349 from Costco. Here are differences:
Has pedals. This is big because you can now go Uphill using motor and pedal.
Pedal is assist, basically when you start pedalling it starts helping. If you turn it off, it gets really hard to pedal so you don't really have a choice. If battery dies you can pedal normally, doesn't feel stiff.
Dual disc (previous one was single disc)
No Bluetooth
No app
No password
No speed unlock!
No tracking your path
Overall I love it. Fits in my sedan trunk so I can carry it around.
Today I was disappointed, went to the park, pulled it out, battery was flat out dead, I'm sure it has 50% two weeks ago when I put it in my trunk.

44 degree isn't even legal pubic road! Just FYI, a 10% incline feels super steep and 15% gets most people's attention for being steep , it's max for a speed ramp in a parking structure. Steepest in the USA is 37 degrees.
It's a good ebike for beginner with decent range and speed. Check out at Costco as they are selling the same ebike. Review speaks for itself. More pros than cons.

Bradford above Tompkins (41% grade) in SF. Guess that's not part of the USA then?

Found a couple more. Broderick between Broadway and Vallejo (38%) and Romolo between Vallejo and Fresno (38%). Tons more in the 30% range.

Cheapest I've seen at Costco last year was around $300 local store. Than it went up to $329 and now sitting at $349. I always wanted to buy it for my 10 year old but wanted price to drop or go on sale. It it never did. Should have bought when it was $300 at one point.
If anyone can get a better quality pic from ops post the clearance tag should have the correct dcpi on it. On the mobile app I cant zoom in on the pic.
Can you Snap a screen shot of it and then zoom that, and still be able to read it?

From what is listed on their website. The major difference are
-250w motor vs 350w motor
-12" wheels vs 14" wheels
