Luckily for me, I can keep multiple boxes of not so healthy cereals in the pantry and not be tempted to binge on it all. I usually only use 10 grams at a time when I need added texture for a protein ice cream. Currently, I'm trying to finish up a box of some plain Cheerios and then move onto Cocoa Puffs or Oreo o's. Now, if it's bakery pastries like cakes, muffins or cookies, bought from Costco that's my downfall. I can put away a couple thousand calories easily and then feel sick, lethargic and guilty due to the massive amount of calories and sugar in a short time period

Says Bio-engineered food on the box, which is just a fancy way of saying it has GMO's (most likely produced using Roundup) in it. Which is probably why Amazon doesn't have a picture of the side label on its listing. These corporations don't care and are poisoning all of us slowly. Hard Pass
