Thanks, some reason I thought you could only use these monthly rewards coupons in store. Ended up picking up "World of Final Fantasy Maxima" for $3. I'll have to use these coupons more often on these low-priced digital codes.

You can use that $5 in store to buy eShop $5 gift certificate (printed on a receipt) or $5 Xbox gift card. (There is no $5 Playstation option but you could buy a higher value and pay the difference.)

Earlier this month, corporate changed it to prevent this, but due to backlash, they changed it back.

How is everyone using this? I only see a coupon in my account that says for in-store use only. Fwiw, I only had the Pro account since last month.

If you can go in stores, use the $5 on a $5 Nintendo/xbox/Playstation digital credit. Just go to the staff and ask for a $5 print out.

If gamestop permanently changes their policy again (which they did temporarily in January), then the digital online games is the next best thing. You can apply the $5 monthly "in-store" pro credit to digital game downloads.

Coupon is mislabeled as in-store only. When in cart you should see the option to apply.

This is what you do. Pull up the monthly reward and take a screenshot of it or write down the code. Then go redeem the monthly $5 in store first. Then use the previously saved code to double dip.

And as someone's mentioned, you can use this at the register to redeem for $5 digital currency. Sometimes employee behind the counter won't know how to do this but it's possible.

A helpful GameStop employee looking out for us told me redeeming the $5 for digital currency was under fire and subject to change. They believe other perks are going to be axed instead, like extra points from trade-in. Since so many of us come in to get the digital currency, they'll be a backlash if it's pulled.

I was able to apply the coupon to Among Us which brought the total down to $0.00 (no tax for some reason). It now won't let me place the order without a credit card but it freezes up when I try to confirm my CVV#.
Edit: was able to get it to go through by adding a $0.29 filter item. Guess I should have read the OP 🙃.
Edit 2: Here's the dlc code for SkyDrift if anyone happens to play that game F4ARP-AV6H2-IG4MC

That's is why you need a filler to place the order.
It can only be completed if the order is $5.01 or above (odd I know).
Honestly it feels like as soon as Gamestop stops being a meme stock (it seems to be occuring as we speak) so corporate can't just issue more shares (borrow against shareholders) to financially prop themselves up, they will continue "adjusting" policies to nickel and dime customers until they run out of tricks (NFT etc) as the customer base continues to shift to digital only ownership.
