FWIW Tetley's is considered kinda of the "people's" brand of tea in the UK. I've seen more PG Tips & Typhoo in terms of classic UK tea brands infiltrating the US, but Tetley's is a bit like how hundreds of US companies make cereal, but if you had to ask most Americans to name a cereal brand they'd say "Kellogg's", which is, ya know? A weird name laugh out loud

It makes a solid, but unremarkable cup of tea.

I've never had to return, just state there was a problem and get a second whatever it is sent to me. No risk involved IMHO.

I had a lost package of ghee that was such a pain to get a replacement I just went 'fark it'.

I also combined a return like Amazon told me and they claimed they never got one of the products, then tried to double bill me. Amazon can go to hell. I much rather buy from Walmart who is a lot easier to deal ith and gives 90 day returns. 30 day returns are pathetic.

Same here. I used to order tons of stuff on Amazon but when Prime shipping went from 2-day to "when we feel like it" and returns started being a huge pain in the ass I started just going to Walmart and Target more instead. Prices are usually close to the same (or better) and I can just order online for in-store pickup which is super easy and usually doesn't even have a line.

My Amazon experiences dating back over 10 years of food purchases have been outstanding. Expiration dates are nearly always long out, and breakage/leakage has been minimal. YMMV
