There is a project called "AAWireless" but it's backordered on shipping due to chip shortages. It's $99 or was at the time anyway.(*update* Price says $85 but I think after shipping it was $100)...was gonna use it to upgrade my android auto head unit which is wired so I could keep oneplus warp charging. The people who have received their units appear to be happy with them.

It was just recently released so it keeps going in/out of stock. Mine is scheduled to arrive next week.
As of now, I'm waiting for the product to get back to China and to get reimbursed for shipping it back + Refund
Only big caveat is they only offer a 7 day return policy from date of receipt (30 days if broken or defective) and it must be in "brand new condition". So make sure you want one before ordering.
FWIW, I use this with an iPhone 12 in a 2021 Dodge Challenger, and it works great. Only negative is connection time is inconsistent. Sometimes it connects instantly. Sometimes it takes a minute or so. Only an issue when I want to put in nav directions right when I get in the car. Waiting for it to connect can be annoying.
