I did see someone mention that certified refurbished meant a 90 day warranty. If that's true it's hardly 2 years.
*** Nevermind - when checking out on Ebay I see an Ebay Refurbished Two Year Warranty Included. I'm not sure what an Ebay Refurbished branded two year warranty covers but it's better than nothing (hopefully). ***

I guess to each their own for fits! Without a good fit you're guaranteed bad sound no matter how nice the earbuds are. Also - I got these at the same price from ebay with the two year warranty like someone else mentioned. They ended up being new in box, so quite the steal!
