So I was just looking at the plans, which I could only access after logging into my account, and there is a 6-month plan that has 5GB of HS data followed by unlimited slower data. It cost $90 for six months, which isn't too bad for being on the AT&T network.

I tried activating online and I got an error saying that they could not activate and asked me to try later.
I called customer service. They tried to activate it and said they had an error too. They put me on hold for 45 minutes and hung up.
Any tips on how I can resolve this?
I checked my apn settings a couple of times and everything looks good, using the settings from the my.boostmobile site. Any suggestions? Have others had any problems, or is it working on your phones?
Update: I moved the sim card to my Note 20 and the mms works fine. On the Pixel 3a I eventually got a message that said the file size was too large. Apparently the 3a does not take a captured photo and convert it when it's selected for mms. All is good!
If you create an account on their website, you can get the phone number assigned to you even if you haven't received/activated the SIM card.

What's funny (not "funny ha-ha" but "funny they may just get into legal troubles for it") is that right on the shipping email, they themselves acknowledge that the SIM card will take 5-7 business days to get to you. That means they're knowingly shortchanging their customers 5-9 days of service.
(I did get a PM from Boost's CS person here on SD, but it's been over 2 days and no news on that front either.)
