Is there a hack you can apply to the cup so that you can pour in more than just Keurig brand coffee? I mean I had to do that with the coffee maker I bought from them so...

Yes. The way you do so is by unscrewing the lid and pouring in the desired liquid.

Plastic on the inside, not stainless steel. Doesn't sound like it'll keep your drink warm very long.

Only the lid is dishwasher safe.
