Is there a hack you can apply to the cup so that you can pour in more than just Keurig brand coffee? I mean I had to do that with the coffee maker I bought from them so...

Yes. The way you do so is by unscrewing the lid and pouring in the desired liquid.

If this is what you're talking about, follow these directions. I did this years ago and and still works very well. Also, just type your problem into YouTube and you'll get hundreds of solutions.

I'm dating myself, that was a throwback joke when Keurig first went to that 2.0 you couldn't use your plastic insert with your own coffee. Someone figured out a way to hack it so it would work. I was trying to work that joke in there but it is dated. That is interesting that you found that video though, rep for that man!

Plastic on the inside, not stainless steel. Doesn't sound like it'll keep your drink warm very long.

Only the lid is dishwasher safe.
