I have this monitor and I love it.
Colorful IPS panel, Gsync and HDR.
Smooth game play! I have it paired with a 3090FE and i7 10700k

I went from a 1440P Dell S2721DGF to this monitor. The Samsung monitor is great and I haven't had any issues with it. But it wasn't a huge difference. This is a good price for a 4K 144hz monitor but it really isn't much better than a good 1440P monitor that is gonna cost 1/2 the price

I realize that you bought the 28 inch but I'm sure you looked at other Samsung panels. If so, what would be your opinion: would you want the 2721DGF for $299 or the G7 32inch for $399(honey deal, 5% cancelation trick, student discount)?

Did he do a price match? I am in the market for 2 of these and this is the best deal I have seen by FAR and would prefer to purchase from BB.

I have this monitor. It is a great monitor. I have an issue that monitor will not wake up or will crash the system after the display turn off. I have a dual monitor set up with 2k monitor and a RTX card. I tried to update the drivers, set the monitor as secondary, switch the cables/ports, etc. but it does not work. I can get the monitor to wake up sometime by turn off/turn on the monitor or unplug the cable. Not sure it's a graphic card problem or the monitor itself.

S28 was released so hopefully these come down some more. Good deal nonetheless.

Not being only a couple of feet away from the screen. It would be overkill if it was for a TV where you sit more than 6 ft back.
