I have spoke to TTL reps in person before not to long ago. This is what they said.
If you have Milwaukee stuff already stick with it.
If you have ryobi stuff stick with it don't swap to milwaukee it isn't worth it.
If you have rigid stuff stick with it.
They even said if you have tools built up from others say Dewault to stick with Dewault. There really isn't a point in swapping. I thought it was cool how honest they was, they literally told me if I was already connected to a lot of a competitors tools to stick with them there isn't a benefit to swap to justify the money.
The ryobi and milwaukee is made at same place he said. Few parts are different and inhouse performance on "BRUSHLESS" <-- key thing there; rigid, ryobi, milwaukee where all within less than 5% of each other. So there is no point in changing unless the big sale point.
The big sale point he said is the "warranty". The tools aren't going to let you down.
Yes I mean in commercial work, I'm a commercial / industrial electrician.
Side note anyone else gets turned on when they see "brushless"?

Some people have issues with them getting hot and failing, but in that case you're using the wrong saw.
Pretty sure the dewalt and Milwaukee will work faster but this isn't a slouch.
You planning on going out and stealing a bunch of cats off parked cars or something? Shady question.
Used this saw to take down half the walls on my house and all the ceiling strapping. No complaints. Able to manage one handed but it's pretty heavy

I was coming here to say this. I thought Milwaukee is a better brand?
