Wow, when Master of Puppets came out, I bought the cassette at Walmart, as well as a hamster and a big pretzel at the snack bar. 80s Walmart was the best. Thankfully my parents were not anti-metal like so many people were. I grew up on a steady diet of Zeppelin, Sabbath, Motörhead, Judas Priest, etc. My dad still rocks all that stuff at age 74.

Banned in Allentown Pa…encores went too late at the Allentown Fairgrounds. It was near a hospital so they banned them. I feel like albums in general should be cheaper.

I remember the 80's K-Mart better that Walmart - nothing beats the blue light special and the Kmart cafeteria - Plus the orignial Icey's - whuuuut.....

Fade to Black and Bell Tolls are 2 of my top 4 or 5 Metallica songs of all time, but I have to admit that Black Album was the most cohesive album overall (once they finally sat down with a new producer).

But as far individual songs, it's mostly the earlier stuff. Puppets, One, Orion, Horsemen, Battery, etc
