I just got a telephone call at work about a sink not working (I am in the maintenance department so I put in all the work orders). She said "Yes, please. The sink in the room is not swallowing. Please, send someone to fix. It is not swallowing well."

We have this system for sending items from one building to the next. Said system was down for maintenance and everyone was notified. We told them to use an alternate while the system was down. Not one, not two but THREE different people in different departments called to complain that their item got "lost." I told them, "the system is down for maintenance" and they got pissy and demaned to know where the item is. La-la land probably
