I just got a telephone call at work about a sink not working (I am in the maintenance department so I put in all the work orders). She said "Yes, please. The sink in the room is not swallowing. Please, send someone to fix. It is not swallowing well." LMAO

I'm sorry. I am really confused. I don't see what their handwritting has to do with it. Everything is by the PC, electronic. They type their work orders. Anyway, sorry you feel that I am belittling them.
