Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton, Connecticut Walmart has the TCL 40S330 (40" 1080p Smart TV) on clearance for $125. I just picked up two and from what I can see there are another 10 or so left at this store. The employee there told me that they just got marked down an hour ago and the Walmart website shows it for $229.99. I have not checked any other Walmarts and can only vouch for this specific location so it might be very YMMV.
