I've also used k-cups about a year after they expired. Still fine.
The only one I'd eyeball is the holiday/christmas blends, which are usually that company's House or breakfast blend with a different label. Some of those go on steep sale from January 1 on. I've often bought 300-400 of those for <.25c/cup. But they don't last long.
