Beware, there is a reason these are clearanced out. I got these for around the same price a couple weeks ago. Bought 4 for each of family members. EVERY SINGLE ONE has malfunctioned a few times. There were 3 NIGHTS where I woke up to the faucet running on its own. When I called the manufacturer, they stated that they are phasing these out, so they will not have replacement parts if something were to fail down the road. Not sure if that is even legal considering warranty, but just something to keep in mind.

All stores near by say 15-20 in stock on brick seek but they are all listed as regular price. Oh well good luck to others looking for them.

Hard to say, if it was wally world, I'd say no, but if it has a number, like 1 left, it might be worth it for Lowes. My Lowes showed 13 left. So, after I bought one, 3 hours later, brickseek said 12 left. So, it looks like some Lowes are getting their supply chain correct now.

thanks - I found that going to the product page shows the exact quantity and even location. putting it in the cart even shows the adjusted clearance price. there was one left and before I could get out the door, the item page changed to 'product not available'

now I know for next time, Lowe's' clearance tracking seems to be top-notch compared to Walmart! I just skip right over Walmart clearance posts now. haven't had a single success with them in store.

Just left the Sherman TX lowes. Said none in stock. Brick dad 22. Found a cardboard display of them in the vanity aisle. Not in the faucet aisle. $56.
There were 8-10 left in the display.

Buy a Moen or Kohler where the faucet is made in the USA (some are some aer not). They won't be 54 dollars but they won't flood your kitchen. Ebay is a good source.
