Yes it is pretty close to Hollywood. But on the show they mainly sell houses in the Hollywood hills. Crishell tried to get the firm to sell in the san fernando valley which is even farther.

We got these refurbished from them, shipped free for $199. Work great, my wife looks perfect on it at 5'3, I look funny on it, but still ride no problem. These are so easy to just throw in our small car and GO, much easier than needing a bike rack!

This is specific to the Los Feliz, CA store only, it seems like. They are most likely limited in quantity.

I called Costco admin to direct me to a branch with the $279 price, and they checked the LA, San Diego, and Riverside County branches and all are currently priced at $349.

Not true. These are on sale in the South Bay Area (LA) as well.

Saw a pallet of them at the Torrance warehouse, but people were literally loading their carts with them as I was passing by. This was as of Sun 2/6.

I bought one at Costco 2 years ago. I am 6' tall 200# but the bike carried me fine without going up steep hills. I ended up returning it because my commute included a train ride and it's simply too heavy and big to take on the train comfortably. It was on sale online for $230 at the time.

Alhambra, CA Costco also $279.

Bought one about 9 months ago for $299 at Costco - too short for me (and I'm only 5'9") so bought a longer seat post and that really helped with the pedaling.
