Costco.com has the Space Grey and Silver versions of the base model Macbook Pro 14" M1 (16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) for $1749.99. Doesn't beat the Best Buy Deal from early December but certainly the lowest available price right now. Keep in mind I haven't verified this for any physical Costco locations.

$1750 is a good deal, especially when factoring Costco as the retailer. It's also $100 off from the EDU pricing.

Overall this is a good product. 16GB is more than enough for prosumer users.

I got this during this sale with Best Buy ($1620 or approx 19% off before tax + $130 in Best Buy rewards), which I believe is the best to date:
