Whoever gets this error, make sure you are not logged into Sportsline or use incognito mode to create a new account with Sportsline
Edit: Disregard, eventually did get email confirm even with the gift card
If you try to activate Paramount, it states the account isn't active. Just have to wait and see what happens sadly
When I try to pay, I keep getting, "There was an error processing your request. Please try again."
The first card I used was a prepaid debit card that expires in May. I tried again with a regular credit card that doesn't expire until 2026, and I got the same message.
Is there a way to fix this? Or is it denying me because I'm using the code (aka, is the deal dead)?
I created a new sportsline account (I have a month left on the last deal with a different email). I used a new email, but my same name and address. Not sure if that's the problem and I should use my husband's name, or is it something else?
