EDIT - Answering my question. It works this way too. Clicked cancel and it offered me 6 more months. I accepted that and renew date is now moved to Aug 2023.

Burned through 5 email addresses thus far as it creates the p+ account each time and then says "this email is already in use". Anyone else having this problem?
Looks like I'm out of 56c and have nothing to show for it
