looking for a gps tracker that can work on wifi

I already have a wifi hotspot that can be hidden. I'm looking for a gps tracker that can work with wifi. I'm not trying to be lazy I've just looked for so many hours and couldn't find one. I'm not trying to spend a lot.

Just what I was going to say cheap used phone is all you need.


You could also use a bluetooth tracker with a cell phone if it was too hard to get the cell phone to do what you want.
