These actually work very well. The flavors are a little too sweet, but you do get used to them. They're great in cold water when you've been working outside in the summer. I think the lemon lime is the best of these. The tangerine with added immunity vitamins is my favorite, but those aren't on sale right now, and you get fewer packets.

Usually warehouse price is $28.99, so a $1 off, but online shipping is included also, so might be worth it to avoid crowds/hassle.

Deal is not just for Strawberry (which tastes pretty bad to me) but also for Passion Fruit, Lemon Lime, and Watermelon.

Coconut water is not a very good hydration product. Sodium is the main electrolyte lost in sweat, and that's not a key component of coconut water. There's a reason why endurance athletes don't use it.

Check out all the physicians and nutritionists in here. Probably did their "research".

I've been buying these from Costco for years now, they frequently go on sale for around this price. Unfortunately their packaging has gone downhill - the last few 30-packs I've bought have had at least 4-5 "hardened" packets inside (where moisture has got into the packets, turning it solid). This used to be a rare occurrence, and when I'd tell Liquid IV, they'd send me replacements without any hassle. Recently they've just told me they'll no longer replace these and to go return it to Costco.. not worth it in my opinion.

Other than this issue, they're great - I generally don't use more than 1/3rd of a packet at a time as they're quite strong. Strawberry and their new Yellow Cherry are both great flavors.

It's got a lot of potassium and works for me in a big brown truck on hot summer days in Florida.
