1. Eligibility: Marlboro Ride for the Prize Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to
select smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older enrolled in the Marlboro Rewards program
at the time of entry, who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding
Massachusetts and Michigan) and the District of Columbia ("Eligible Entrants" or "Entrants").
Employees, officers, and directors of Philip Morris USA Inc. (the "Presenter"), or any of their
respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal
counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies including
Merkle Inc. (the "Administrator") (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of
their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live)
and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Noncompliance with any
of the above eligibility requirements will result in disqualification. The Sweepstakes is subject to
all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void in Massachusetts,
Michigan and where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and
unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Presenter's and Administrator's decisions,
which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is
contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Presenter: Philip Morris USA Inc., 6601 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23230.
Administrator: Merkle Inc., 3000 Town Center, Suite 2100, Southfield, MI 48075.
3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on February 7, 2022, at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"),
ends on March 20, 2022, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period") and consists of six (6)
weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period" or an "Entry Period") and a grand prize
entry period (the "Grand Prize Entry Period") which coincides with the Promotion Period, as
outlined below.

4. How to Enter: Every day during the Promotion Period, log on to https://www.marlboro.co
(the "Website") and click on the link to the Marlboro Rewards Ride for the Prize Sweepstakes.
Follow the links and instructions to enter to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the
applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing (as noted above) and one (1) Sweepstakes entry into
the Grand Prize drawing.
Limit: Each eligible smoker 21+ can receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day for the
Weekly Entry Period drawing and one (1) bonus Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry for the
Grand Prize Drawing during the Promotion Period. Weekly Drawing entries will not carry
over to the next Weekly Entry Period; Entrants must enter for each and any Weekly Entry
Period in which they wish to participate. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the
same email address or CCN. A "day" is defined as a 24-hour period between 12:00:00 a.m. ET
and 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except the first day which begins at 9:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at
11:59:59 p.m. ET. Emails containing an invitation to enter the Sweepstakes may not be
forwarded for use by any party other than the Presenter's intended recipient.
Bonus Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry: During the Promotion Period, follow the instructions
to watch the provided video to receive one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize
drawing. Limit: Each eligible smoker 21+ can receive one (1) bonus Grand Prize
Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using
multiple/different email addresses, CCNs, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods
will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated
system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as
to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the CCN used to register will be
deemed to be the entrant or player. Email addresses will be used solely for win notification and
not for entry. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized
account holder of the winning CCN.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or phone number. In the
event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address
used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the
natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service
provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of
being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an
invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. You
must complete all required information to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or
untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.
