Went through up until Checkout, it's giving me a delivery date of March 24-26 for the base Galaxy S22. Wonder if the other models are the same. That's a month after the official release date.

Last year I got $800 for my S20 so S21 was not just free….I also got about $150 of store credit to get free stuff. Now I only get $390 for S21 trade in? Am I missing something here?

$832.39 for an unlocked S22 Ultra 1TB with $600 trade in for my Note 20 5G Ultra and an extra $120 employee discount. I guess I'll be waiting another year since microsd card slot is no more on the S22 Ultra aka "note." You can go to samsung and price out your specific wants.

Trade in credits are usually terrible on Google Fi. I just checked S21 Ultra and it is $390, S21 is $260. So I wouldn't go this route if you want to trade in. I guess the low prices makes sense for Google Fi, because they were selling S21 for $299 until last week.

I got a phone from google fi to use on another network before. I'm pretty sure they work on any network and you don't have to use it on Google Fi for 120 days. You just can't use the google sim in another phone. I took the sim out of the new phone from google fi and put my metro sim in it and it worked fine. Then just leave the google fi line active for 120 days and then cancel.

Yes it should work . Unless Samsung changed the bands On S22 . I was using my s21 ultra bought from Fi with Verizon without any issues.

This deal is probably better than the S21 deal they had in the last 2 weeks. Effective price before taxes would be $380 for S22, vs $360 for the S21.

Price to take advantage of the promo just for the phone (leave Fi after 120 days):
$799 S21
-$400 Fi promo
+$80 (4 months Fi service)

-$20 project fi referral code on reddit
= $460

EDIT: actually this is not a better deal unless you're actually switching to Google Fi, as it looks like the 120 day term must be satisfied before the bill credits apply.
