I have a legacy Tmobile One plan with Kickback with a $10/mo OnePlus. Apparently OnePlus is the "same" as Magenta Max and in store I was able to get $800 trade-in value for an iPhone XR with a cracked back glass (only the front & camera matter) -heelfan108

I traded in 2 x S10e for 2 x S22 and both S10e were accepted, but I am only receiving credit for 1 phone. When I called the rep claims he cannot find such promo. S10e current value is 400!
