The noise cancellation really works. Sound is great on these. But ya'll be warned, if your ears don't like earbuds, these will fall out easily (as they do with me). But in honesty, this may be just my ear type. I have friends that don't have this problem and other friends who do.... Normally I use bose in-ear headphones that have the silicone piece that helps lock into your ear by grabbing the outer cartilage of your ear (if that makes sense). Hope this is helpful.

Anybody know is there a new release of airpods pro 2 this year? Planning to replace my year old pro at least for the sake of battery life. Can get only 3.5 hours in single charge
I have these Apple AirPods Pro w/ Mag Safe. I get an average of 6 hours of use before a recharge is needed. You must have the other Apple AirPods Pro with wireless charging case. I hear those do have battery life that is quite short.
I've tried both the AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro. The additional features (noise cancellation and spatial audio) and mostly importantly, the fit was above and beyond better on the AirPods Pro. The AirPods 3 couldn't stay in my ears while the AirPods Pro stayed in even with moderate head shaking as a test.
I'm not a big Apple fan. However, I will admit the pros are pretty special.
1. They're the only in-ear buds I've tried which actually stay in my ears. Sony, Jabra, whatever...nightmare...these just kind of go in and they're good.
2. The noise cancelling is AWESOME! I no longer use hearing protection to mow my lawn or even leaf-blow.
3. I bought mine through Amazon Renewed a long time ago for this price. 90 day return policy, too, if you don't like them.
In-ear buds are rough sometimes because everyone's ears are so different.

Wedbush analyst Dan Ives estimates that AirPods have become a $20 billion annual business, and Apple is about to reach 100 million units sold of its wireless headphones by the end of this year.

It's worth it.

Those who own these airpods pro, do you think they're not loud enough? I feel like they could be louder.
I tested with my 1st gen airpods and sure enough the volume level is the same at its highest setting.
