After 3-4 months, you effectively got the s22 for $50-$100. Keep in mind, no bill credits are involved. You don't need to bump to a more expensive plan, and can stay on a grandfathered plan, and don't need to keep the extra line more than a few months. And you saved your upgrade for an emergency (underrated part of this plan). Oh, and cc points...
For someone on a grandfathered plan, you can do no better at the end of the day.

Unless someone has a better deal to post, I am going to thumbs up this one that I saw earlier in email offers. Prior, the credits were for only late model working phones...

Spoiler alert: any kind of free flagship phone deal locks you into that carrier. Verizon and AT&T require 3 years. T-Mobile requires 2 years. They need to recoup the cost. They're not just doing it out of the goodness of their heart.
