OP, couple of things
1. This deal is now extended to March 2nd
2. Tmobile has BOGO on Iphone 13 up to $720 also.

The one major difference is Tmobile through costco you get a lump sum back , so once the money is received the additional line can be cancelled

Does the T-Mobile deal require Magenta or a premium plan? I have a line on $20 and wondering if I can add a line on same plane and receive the BOGO deal.

Has anyone been able to do the ATT offer online? It wasn't available online before the 24th, and now that it is, I keep getting an error to try again later. Wanted to try to set this up for my in-laws out of town so they don't have to drive in winter conditions, but not working so far.

Verizon has 1 year contract.
"What happens if I cancel my Verizon service before paying off my device?
If you cancel your Verizon mobile service or switch to an ineligible plan within 12 months, you are charged the credit amount you received."

TMobile offers similar deal but only for $800. However, I was not able to find any writing saying how long one must stay with them (besides the 2 weeks for the reimbursement to arrive). And TMobile does not require one buying a phone from them either. This is very strange as that customer and just get a free $800 unlocked phone after 2 weeks with does not pay Tmobile much.

Did I miss anything?
