Why is 4gb of RAM still legal at this point come on man

This Dell is much faster than the R3 3250. The CPU cannot be changed but the RAM and SSD can be upgraded in both. It is easy to remove the bottom of the Inspiron to add more RAM and there is a 2.5" bay that can be used with the NVMe.

I'd personally go with the HP since you get more RAM (8 vs 4), Hard Drive storage (256 vs 128), and an IPS screen (IPS vs probably TN for Dell). The HP is just better all around.

Where are you seeing the RAM is upgradable? Also is the RAM soldered that is included?

-Edit: Just asked Dell and they confirmed in chat as well that you upgrade both slots.

I would personally buy a refurbished laptop with a 8gb RAM than buy a new one with 4gb. Unless you plan to open this one and replace it with more memory.

No kidding and a 128GB with windows 11 home S. I can't see anyone being happy with this! You can get a refurb dell with a quad i5 that's a few generations old with a 512 and win 10 pro for about the same price at Dell refurbished dot com. Just wait for the 45% off coupons that happen often and be prepared to buy as stock goes quick.

Lmao you are going the wrong direction. Just cancel your order, notify ups to not deliver, or refuse the delivery if the first 2 options fail.

Then order the $400 deal. Same laptop as the $350 deal, except it comes with an i5 instead of i3. That's the best deal out of the 3 deals for this same model.
