I was running low on my duraflame logs anyway
These do have a very strong smell so I'd leave them in the garage or in a box with a lid. They burn well and last for several hours. It does not smell like KFC while burning. It only smells like it in the box. One thing I did not like about it, and I'm not sure if it's the same with other "envirologs" or "duraflame logs", but as the log burns, there is soot that gets released constantly throughout the burn and gets everywhere. It's pretty annoying and for that reason I would not buy these again. Would prefer regular fire logs instead.
These make great gag gifts for friends though. Everyone gets a good laugh out of them and at this price, why not.
