At $1499, I'd rather get the Dell Alienware m15, it only comes with 16GB RAM, but has a QHD display (probably not IPS though), and is available online.

That's significantly heavier and arguably one of the worst performing RTX 3070 in full sized gaming laptops due to only 125W TGP. This is just 3.84 lbs and despite that, having a full 140W TGP GPU. Just having a higher resolution screen doesn't make a laptop better than others. Maybe you should spend some time to read the reviews about n15 R6 before jumping to conclusions.

Microcenter deals should say it in the title of the notifications.

There's only 5 people, on this site, that live by a Microcenter and can get these deals… Maybe flag as a YMMV also, so nobody will have to click.

Maybe they are a casual pc buyer....it takes very little effort to understand anything dell Alienware is garbage.

I just bought an open box one from microcenter for $1300, but I'm taking it back. The screen was too dim for me. I'm coming from a MacBook Pro, which is prob why. Everything else seemed great though. Build quality seemed fine, no bloatware. The charger brick is a BRICK. Another reason for my return. Unless you need this as your primary gaming pc (which I don't), I don't know how necessary it is. Still good specs for the price, prob on par with my 3060ti 5800x desktop
