I scored the same deal this morning, I drove to another store 1.5 hrs away and they wouldn't match there own automated system price of $399. I bought the tool anyway hoping to get a price match at another store (but returned it) and puff it showed up for online order. It took 4 tries, but it went through. The store I was looking at had 4 in stock
This is a great saw. I got it with x4 5.0ah batteries from ACME maybe two summers ago for I think $499 at the time (honestly could have been $599) and am very happy with it.
It's very well built but not very light/portable. I have a cheap Ryobi 18-Volt 7-1/4" slider that I take with me if I'm doing quick trim cuts or to start my copes. I use this mainly if I'm cutting something where I need a bigger saw like large crown molding or large dimensional lumber. It works very well.
I scored this deal from Home Depot. The trick is that you need to check from the web. I had them list the deal because I tried checking out via the app. Then went back on website and it was back, same store. Also you will most likely have to pay seventy dollars for delivery which sucks but still the deal is super worth it. Delivery was next day also.
I got this saw out and been using daily, it is so awesome.
