I started out with an original Ender-3, then got a CR-10 v2, then ended up buying 2 more used Ender-3's. I think I might have a problem.

$50 for the silent board
$20 for the glass bed
$15 for X/Y tensioners
If you're planning on running an OctoPi, then the screen upgrade can be skipped. The glass bed is a matter of preference, some people prefer the flexible beds that come with the Pro. The silent board is a major quality-of-life upgrade and the X/Y tensioners are a no brainer. If you get all the upgrades, you're still ahead.

But yes.. in general, you won't find those deals unless you get lucky sometimes.
