Haha give it a shot. Both seem readily available at most restaurants. That's how it started for me. Now I make it at home also.

I thought it was 5% for each item, 15% (10% for certain items) if you hit 5 or more subscriptions.
Each item is at the discretion of the % discount the seller wants to give. You're not doing anything wrong, it's just not a 5/15% item. Seeing this more and more lately.
