I have an iBUYPOWER from 5 years ago that's running great. Similar deal and price range. I upgraded the power supply and added another fan since it was getting a bit warm but overall the build was well done and it's been totally functional for me. Just my experience with the company, I'd buy from them again.

It may be a good deal at todays inflated prices but the cpu is a KF so you require the video card, no usb c on the case and unknown components make it iffy. Some of the custom builders on eBay with similar pricing do define the motherboard, memory, case. With gen 12 so new I would stick with supported products.
