I've had the pro account for like 4 months and still have yet to figure out how to apply the rewards. I should call and complain



Edit - I turned off auto renew and then the coupon popped up. Weird.

Is the deal here specifically that you can do this online now and you couldn't do so before? Me and my wife both have Pro. We walk into the store once a month and come out with two $5 cards, no questions asked, no money exchanged. We have done the same this month as well.

That's what I am figuring. Like other mentioned, GS tried to stop that last month, but I'm pretty sure they reversed it. I haven't tried to get my eShop card this month, so we'll see. I guess the 'deal' is not having to go in-store to do it.

Use the numerical code listed on the coupon code in the coupon field at checkout. I've used it online before despite that description of being in-store only.

Was able to get 2x$10 PSN for $10 (50% off) in February.
1. Go to GamesStop physical store and get physical $10, ask to apply your $5 rewards certificate at the register (do not show the email, just ask).
2. Go to GameStop website, add $10 PSN digital card to cart. At the checkout apply the code you got in "Your Pro $5 Reward Certificate for February is here" email.

The order is important, because if you use your certificate online first, they will not be able to apply it in store.
