I purchased this from Costco a few months back. Overall, I like the opener, especially the bright LED light. One thing to note, the door opening speed is slower than the Chamberlain 3/4 HP Belt model it replaced. Great price if you are able to get one.

you can do it easy if you have existing opener installed, you can reuse a lot of mounting hole,
the pro would charge you easily $3-$400 labor on it

grab a tall ladder if you have if not then its a 2 person job. the only tricky part is the tensioner spring clip but that just me

you can do it urself....just takes a lil more extra time if you havent done one before...but YT has the answers. Go for it.

The camera is probably the most unreliable part of this unit. It will fail to connect to WIFI at times and will require a hard reset. Also" after trial period, there are no recordings or notifications available unless you pay cloud subscription service

Picked up two, brickseek was accurate. No signs or indications they were on clearance and they were kind of hidden on the shelf. Hoping this will help with noise/vibrations from my current chamberlain chain garage door opener thru the upper floor.

Got one, thank you op. Homedepot website said not available in my area but brickseek was spot on. Location abs number of units available. They were still at their original location in the store (windows/garage doors)

I bought this from from Costco and love it. Paid a Home Depot technician (outsourced to a local installer) $90 to put it up for me. Well worth the money. Took him 1.5 hours, would have taken me 3 for sure.

For those in Columbus, OH who may be on the hunt, I tried both Westerville and Sawmill, both had 2 in stock per Brickseek and none were to be found. I dug deep on the floor stock, scanned top stock and even spoke with the staff, no inventory. It was nice to meet fellow SDer Nate at Westerville.
